Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and drive business growth in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and enterprise accounts.
- Conduct regular sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations for the team.
- Represent Konica Minolta at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-value client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of the imaging, printing, or technology solutions industry (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
