Responsibility

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct regular sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations for the team.
  • Represent Konica Minolta at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-value client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of the imaging, printing, or technology solutions industry (preferred).
