Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Pharmaceutical Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets in Bali.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and coaching to improve team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in sales practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, identify opportunities, and address customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance in a competitive market.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including product portfolios, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
