Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging trends in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to optimize product availability, promotions, and logistics.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Represent Zuellig Pharma at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical distribution, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian healthcare landscape, particularly in Bali.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region (valid driver’s license preferred).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
