Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets in the Bali region.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market, including territory planning and customer segmentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches in the assigned district.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including knowledge of medical products, regulations, and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
