Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback to drive productivity.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and budget management.
- Oversee the collection process to minimize outstanding receivables and improve cash flow.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is an advantage.
