Responsibility
- Execute and monitor marketing cascades across the Visayas district to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities within the local financial landscape.
- Coordinate with branch managers to implement local promotional campaigns and sales support activities.
- Develop and nurture relationships with local community partners, businesses, and stakeholders to strengthen brand presence.
- Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives and provide detailed reports on ROI and market penetration.
- Organize and facilitate community engagement events and product activations.
- Provide training and support to branch staff regarding marketing materials and communication strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, trade marketing, or brand management, preferably in the finance or banking industry.
- Strong understanding of the Visayas market landscape and consumer behavior.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local dialect (Hiligaynon/Cebuano).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Visayas region as required.
