Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily distribution operations to ensure on-time delivery of products to retail and wholesale partners in Bali and Pampanga.
- Optimize route planning and logistics to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal stakeholders to resolve distribution-related issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for distribution, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Analyze distribution data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on distribution performance, including KPIs such as delivery accuracy, lead times, and cost savings.
- Train and supervise a team of distribution staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of route optimization, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Proficient in using logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian and Philippine logistics regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Pampanga for operational coordination.
