Responsibility
- Manage Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excesses.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to align inventory with demand forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze distribution reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Support stock fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery to retailers and distributors.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve inventory discrepancies and logistics challenges.
- Generate regular performance reports and present insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all distribution activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, distribution planning, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) systems and demand forecasting techniques.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Bali and other regions as needed.
