Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize distribution operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in logistics and supply chain processes.
- Manage monthly P&L reporting, including variance analysis and financial performance tracking for distribution channels.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other relevant fiscal obligations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, and Sales) to align financial goals with business strategies.
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and improve data accuracy in distribution and tax reporting.
- Prepare and submit tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with local and national tax authorities.
- Monitor inventory levels, distribution costs, and financial discrepancies to recommend corrective actions.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation for internal and external financial reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA or Brevet is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, tax compliance, or distribution operations, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including VAT, income tax, and corporate tax.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Experience with P&L management, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
