Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end inventory management, including tracking, replenishment, and auditing of station-related assets.
- Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize logistics efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and deliveries.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess, using data-driven forecasting.
- Lead warehouse operations, including space utilization, staff supervision, and compliance with safety standards.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective contracts and service agreements.
- Implement KPIs and performance metrics to measure and improve distribution efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost reduction in supply chain operations.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of lean logistics principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
