Responsibility
- Manage and oversee end-to-end distribution operations across Bali, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution networks and reduce operational costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of distribution professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
