Responsibility
- Oversee and execute the daily replenishment cycle for assigned depots, ensuring on-time and accurate product transfers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize stock availability and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement teams to align distribution plans with demand forecasts and business objectives.
- Analyze distribution performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all distribution activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of distribution and logistics personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including transporters and third-party logistics providers.
- Prepare and present reports on distribution performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of optimizing distribution processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Proficiency in using logistics and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
