Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule dispatch activities, ensuring timely delivery and pickup of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and maintenance logs using digital or manual systems.
- Liaise with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistical issues and optimize routes.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment, facilities, and vehicles.
- Monitor and order maintenance supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels for operational needs.
- Prepare and distribute reports on dispatch performance, maintenance status, and resource utilization.
- Assist in emergency repairs and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Uphold safety and compliance standards in all dispatch and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch coordination, logistics, or administrative support roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Basic technical skills for equipment maintenance or a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with logistics or inventory software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or maintenance are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or holidays, as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
