Responsibility
- Coordinate end-to-end procurement of data services, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and service activation.
- Manage settlement processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, payment reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, IT) to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor data usage, costs, and vendor performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Resolve discrepancies in billing and settlements promptly to maintain vendor relationships.
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and savings to management.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by evaluating and implementing new procurement tools or systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, settlement, or vendor management, preferably in the telecommunications or IT sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and procurement/ERP software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of telecom data services, billing systems, or financial reconciliation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
