Responsibility
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Operations Manager, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the HOM and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and business documents with a keen eye for detail.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Manage confidential information and sensitive data with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Assist in project management tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide analytical support for decision-making processes.
- Streamline office procedures and implement systems to improve efficiency and organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in a corporate or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
