Responsibility
- Assist sales representatives in preparing and submitting loan applications to financial institutions.
- Liaise with insurance companies to obtain accurate quotes and process policy documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized digital/physical records of applications, quotes, and client communications.
- Coordinate between sales teams, clients, and external partners to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and distribute reports on application statuses, approvals, and pending tasks.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted documents before processing.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, sales coordination, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with loan processing or insurance industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proactive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
