Responsibility
- Sort, file, and distribute served documents, including delivery receipts, sales invoices, and accounts receivable records.
- Manage and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Prepare and verify documents required for shipments, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain organized records of all incoming and outgoing documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to document handling.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support to the CMG team, including data entry, filing, and general office duties.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents and information handled.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in document management or logistics support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and records.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and external partners.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles or inventory management is an advantage.
