Responsibility

  • Sort, file, and distribute served documents, including delivery receipts, sales invoices, and accounts receivable records.
  • Manage and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
  • Prepare and verify documents required for shipments, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain organized records of all incoming and outgoing documents for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to document handling.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
  • Provide administrative support to the CMG team, including data entry, filing, and general office duties.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents and information handled.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in document management or logistics support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and records.
