Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients and internal departments.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing materials and products in the warehouse or dispatch area.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries using digital or manual tracking systems.
- Operate basic machinery or tools (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as required for material handling (training provided if necessary).
- Perform general maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and industry regulations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Assist in preparing and packaging products for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience in dispatch, warehousing, or general labor roles (preferably in manufacturing or logistics).
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for record-keeping and communication.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team or independently.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and practices.
- Flexibility to work in shifts or overtime as required by operational demands.
