Responsibility
- Wash, clean, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment according to established hygiene standards.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and ensure proper functioning of kitchen cleaning equipment.
- Sort and stack clean dishes, glassware, and utensils in designated storage areas for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support kitchen staff by restocking supplies, such as clean dishes, utensils, and cooking tools during peak hours.
- Inspect dishes and utensils for cleanliness and report any damaged or broken items to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and work schedules to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Age between 18 to 35 years old.
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus, but not required—training will be provided.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg), and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow instructions accurately.
- Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business needs.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is advantageous.
