Responsibility
- Wash, clean, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment according to hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff.
- Sort and stack clean dishes, glassware, and utensils in designated storage areas.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly and efficiently.
- Restock dishwashing supplies (detergent, sanitizers, etc.) and notify management when inventory is low.
- Support kitchen staff by transporting ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a kitchen utility role is a plus, but not required—training provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks (standing, lifting, bending) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues in a collaborative setting.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is advantageous.
- Legal eligibility to work in Bali, Indonesia.
