Responsibility
- Lead and manage all facility operations, including maintenance, security, and environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance.
- Develop and execute strategic facility management plans to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee capital projects, renovations, and facility upgrades to support business growth and technological advancements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to facility management.
- Implement sustainable practices and energy-efficient solutions to reduce environmental impact and operational costs.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Lead emergency response planning and crisis management to ensure business continuity and employee safety.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data-driven insights and best practices in facility management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale facilities, preferably in high-tech or semiconductor industries.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, building codes, and sustainability practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in capital projects and facility upgrades.
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools for asset tracking, maintenance scheduling, and space planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
