Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual Sales & Marketing plans to achieve and exceed hotel revenue goals.
- Act as a pivotal member of the Executive Committee, contributing to the overall business strategy and operational success of the property.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure high performance and career development.
- Manage hotel positioning, brand identity, and media relations to ensure top-of-mind awareness in the competitive Bali hospitality market.
- Oversee the implementation of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media strategies to drive direct bookings.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to pivot sales strategies proactively.
- Manage the department budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI on marketing expenditures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of leadership experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry, ideally in luxury or international brand hotels.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue, market share, and team performance.
- Deep understanding of the Bali and Indonesian tourism landscape.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, revenue management systems, and digital marketing analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
