Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to improve organizational efficiency and service quality.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain and logistics functions to ensure seamless product flow and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage customer service teams to maintain high satisfaction standards and operational responsiveness.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to optimize business workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing management team capable of meeting ambitious organizational targets.
- Manage operational budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and strict cost control.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align operational capabilities with business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in senior operational management roles, preferably within a complex organizational environment.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams including supply chain, logistics, and customer service.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in business intelligence tools and process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in change management and talent development.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to reside and work effectively in Sumatera Barat.
