Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Team Management: Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Key Account Growth: Identify, nurture, and expand relationships with high-value clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
- Market Expansion: Spearhead new market penetration and business development initiatives in Bali and beyond.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and market trends to optimize strategies and drive efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Sales Process Refinement: Streamline sales workflows, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and conversion rates.
- Client Engagement: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand authority.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 8+ years in sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role (Director/Head of Sales).
- Industry Expertise: Experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in Southeast Asia or emerging markets.
- Revenue Growth: Demonstrated success in scaling revenue and exceeding quotas in competitive environments.
- Team Development: Strong ability to recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics to drive decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup or scale-up environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
