Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Accor’s global standards and local market needs in Bali.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs to build a high-performing, engaged workforce.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Design and execute training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
  • Manage performance management systems and compensation/benefits structures.
  • Collaborate with hotel leadership to align HR practices with operational and financial goals.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Novotel Bali as a top employer in the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Director-level role in hospitality or multinational corporations.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR management, talent development, and organizational culture transformation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and experience working in Southeast Asia.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Expertise in HRIS and data analytics to drive decision-making.
  • Passion for sustainable and responsible business practices in line with Accor’s values.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment with a hands-on approach.
