Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Accorâs global standards and local market needs in Bali.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs to build a high-performing, engaged workforce.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Design and execute training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to foster a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
- Manage performance management systems and compensation/benefits structures.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to align HR practices with operational and financial goals.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Novotel Bali as a top employer in the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Director-level role in hospitality or multinational corporations.
- Proven track record in strategic HR management, talent development, and organizational culture transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and experience working in Southeast Asia.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Expertise in HRIS and data analytics to drive decision-making.
- Passion for sustainable and responsible business practices in line with Accorâs values.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment with a hands-on approach.
