Responsibility
- Lead and manage the nationwide network development strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for network expansion, conducting feasibility studies and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, government agencies, and business partners.
- Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Oversee the permitting process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and integration into the existing network.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in network development, sales, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, with a track record of successful deal closures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting processes related to network development.
