As the HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in aligning human capital strategies with business objectives, ensuring our workforce is empowered, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional results. Responsibility
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive organizational growth and scalability.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, employer branding, and retention programs to attract and retain high-performing talent.
- Policy & Compliance: Design, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in accordance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Performance Management: Lead the development of performance appraisal systems, career progression pathways, and succession planning initiatives.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture through employee wellness programs, recognition schemes, and conflict resolution strategies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive compensation structures, benefits packages, and incentive programs to ensure market competitiveness.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess workforce trends, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Change Management: Spearhead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, or digital transformation projects.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a Director-level or equivalent role.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR best practices in retail, e-commerce, or multinational corporations (preferably in Southeast Asia).
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead, mentor, and inspire HR teams while collaborating with C-suite executives and department heads.
- Legal & Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and international HR standards.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR), ATS, and advanced Excel or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
