Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across all departments, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Implement and maintain Marriottās brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, budget management, and cost-control initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty programs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards.
- Foster strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and implement innovative solutions to stay ahead in the competitive hospitality market.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing luxury or upscale hotel properties.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and revenue management systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
