Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of funding strategies for public healthcare programs.
- Design and optimize provider payment models to improve cost efficiency and service quality.
- Oversee financial systems transformation, ensuring alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with government agencies, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to drive financial sustainability.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards in the healthcare sector.
- Mentor and develop finance teams to build capabilities in healthcare financial management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in healthcare or public sector funding.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of healthcare funding mechanisms and provider payment systems.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Experience working in or with government agencies or public healthcare institutions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other regional languages is a plus.
