Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of group financial strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Oversee financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and forecasting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Spearhead finance transformation initiatives, including process optimization, digitalization, and system implementations.
- Manage healthcare financing operations, including funding strategies, risk assessment, and compliance with industry-specific regulations.
- Direct the preparation of consolidated financial statements, budgets, and performance reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify cost-saving opportunities, revenue growth strategies, and investment priorities.
- Ensure robust internal controls, audit readiness, and financial governance across all business units.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a director-level or senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in healthcare finance, FP&A, or finance transformation within multinational or complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and financial reporting standards, with experience in consolidated financial management.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital finance initiatives, including ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or BI tools.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or emerging markets is a plus.
