Responsibility
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Novotel Bali.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Accor’s global standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment analysis to support hotel expansion and renovations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, audits, and internal controls.
- Drive financial planning for revenue streams, including F&B, rooms, and ancillary services.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a Director of Finance or similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in financial management for large-scale hotels or resorts (international brand experience a plus).
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, P&L analysis, and ERP systems (e.g., Opera, Sun Systems).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Deep understanding of local tax laws, labor regulations, and financial compliance in Indonesia.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and a passion for hospitality.
