Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of data acquisition strategies to enhance TransUnion’s data assets.
- Oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data needs and drive data-driven solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with external data providers to expand our data ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Drive process improvements and automation to optimize data acquisition and management.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data trends and analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in data acquisition, data governance, and data strategy.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a global, technology-driven environment is a plus.
