Responsibility
- Drive direct sales of WiFi and broadband packages to businesses and residential customers.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking.
- Present product benefits and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to qualify for commissions and bonuses.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, retail, or telecom (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and flexible working hours.
- Basic understanding of WiFi/broadband technology (training provided).
- Customer-focused with a passion for building long-term relationships.
- Own transportation (motorcycle/car) is a plus.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali.
