As a key member of our sales team, you will promote and market our SIM Card products, develop strategic distribution channels, and ensure our offerings reach businesses and consumers efficiently. Your efforts will directly impact our market penetration and revenue growth in Bali’s competitive telecom landscape.

Responsibility
- Conduct direct sales and promotions of SIM Card products to businesses and individual consumers in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Identify and develop new distribution channels, including retail outlets, kiosks, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Provide product training and support to partners and end-users to ensure optimal adoption.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including performance metrics and market insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and boost brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in direct sales, telecom, or FMCG industries (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market landscape (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for reporting and data analysis.
