Responsibility

  • Proactively acquire new customers through direct sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Identify and engage with untapped market segments to expand OCBC NISP’s customer base in Bali.
  • Educate potential clients on OCBC NISP’s financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and investment options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve customer acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
