Responsibility

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key utility clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the utilities sector to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, operations) to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and contracts to stakeholders and clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the utilities industry.
  • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies to enhance Sembcorp’s brand presence in the utilities sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the utilities or energy sector.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of utility markets, including water, energy, or waste management systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
