Responsibility
- Manage and nurture relationships with key utility clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the utilities sector to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, finance, operations) to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and contracts to stakeholders and clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the utilities industry.
- Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the development of marketing strategies to enhance Sembcorpâs brand presence in the utilities sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the utilities or energy sector.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of utility markets, including water, energy, or waste management systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Indonesia and Southeast Asia as needed.
