As a key member of our logistics team, you will operate company vehicles to deliver premium San Miguel products to outlets across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Operate and maintain company delivery vehicles in compliance with safety and traffic regulations.
- Execute daily delivery routes to retail outlets, ensuring on-time and accurate product distribution.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any mechanical issues.
- Verify and document truckload inventory before departure and upon delivery completion.
- Assist with loading and unloading products, adhering to proper handling procedures to prevent damage.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any delivery concerns professionally.
- Collect payments or delivery confirmations as required and submit accurate reports to the logistics team.
- Follow all company policies, including health, safety, and hygiene standards during deliveries.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driverās license (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery driving, preferably in FMCG or beverage distribution.
- Familiarity with Baliās road networks (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong physical stamina to handle loading/unloading tasks (products may weigh up to 20kg).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
