Responsibility
- Manage and supervise daily station operations, ensuring timely processing of inbound and outbound parcels.
- Oversee walk-in order processing, sorting, and staging to meet dispatch deadlines.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize route planning and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of parcels using internal systems.
- Implement and enforce safety and operational protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate critical matters to senior management.
- Train and mentor station staff to uphold Shopee’s service standards.
- Generate operational reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or station operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to dynamic operational demands.
- Knowledge of Bali’s regional logistics landscape is a plus.
