Responsibility
- Operate and maintain a tow truck or similar medium-sized vehicle in compliance with safety and traffic regulations.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational readiness and report any mechanical issues.
- Assist in vehicle recovery, towing, and transport operations with precision and care.
- Provide excellent customer service, including clear communication and professional conduct during interactions.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Adhere to company policies, local traffic laws, and industry best practices at all times.
- Collaborate with dispatch and team members to optimize route planning and service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driverās license (preferably Class B or higher) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with Baliās roads and traffic conditions.
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks, including securing vehicles and operating towing equipment.
- High level of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
