Responsibility
- Assist in the daily coordination of fleet vehicles, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
- Support vehicle maintenance by coordinating service appointments and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate fleet records, including fuel logs, mileage, and maintenance histories.
- Assist in inventory management for fleet supplies, tools, and spare parts.
- Liaise with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and process fleet-related documentation, such as work orders, invoices, and reports.
- Monitor vehicle performance and report any issues to the fleet manager.
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in fleet operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or automotive fields is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of fleet management or transport logistics is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Valid driverâs license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
