Responsibility

  • Assist in the daily coordination of fleet vehicles, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
  • Support vehicle maintenance by coordinating service appointments and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate fleet records, including fuel logs, mileage, and maintenance histories.
  • Assist in inventory management for fleet supplies, tools, and spare parts.
  • Liaise with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and process fleet-related documentation, such as work orders, invoices, and reports.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and report any issues to the fleet manager.
  • Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in fleet operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or automotive fields is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of fleet management or transport logistics is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).
