Responsibility
- Safely transport company personnel, materials, and equipment to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and mechanical soundness.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a zero-accident record.
- Maintain accurate logs of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or delays immediately to the operations manager.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Follow designated routes and schedules while adapting to last-minute changes as required by project demands.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in construction, logistics, or corporate transportation.
- Familiarity with Bali’s road networks, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and surrounding areas.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities to meet tight schedules.
- Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road.
- Professional demeanor with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
