Responsibility
- Safely transport executives, clients, and company personnel to designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage dispatch operations, including coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time pickups.
- Maintain accurate records of travel logs, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to optimize routes and schedules.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably in executive or dispatch roles.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and shortcuts, particularly in Badung, Canggu, Ubud, and surrounding areas.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with clear communication skills.
- Physically fit to handle loading/unloading tasks and long driving hours.
- High integrity, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
