In this high-impact role, you will leverage your expertise in international freight, customs clearance, and end-to-end logistics solutions to expand our client base, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
  • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities with importers, exporters, and multinational corporations.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients and partners to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and present customized logistics solutions tailored to client needs, including air, sea, and land freight.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key stakeholders, including shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and revenue targets to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English.
  • Existing network of contacts in the logistics, shipping, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and logistics management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CILT, FIATA) are advantageous.
