Responsibility
- Qualify inbound leads through phone, email, and chat to assess fit and intent.
- Follow up with prospects promptly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Book and confirm high-quality appointments for the sales team to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage and update CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate lead data and interaction notes.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead qualification criteria and improve processes.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead response time, conversion rates, and appointment show rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service, preferably in a B2B or acquisition environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and lead tracking tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs (e.g., call volume, appointment setting).
