Responsibility
- Oversee daily dining operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate dining staff to maintain high service standards.
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Monitor budget and control operational costs without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dining management role.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
