Responsibility
- Lead and execute digitalization and automation roadmaps within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify manual process bottlenecks and design automated solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project life cycles, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Integrate IoT, data analytics, and digital management systems to enhance real-time production visibility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external technology vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits of digital tools to ensure continuous performance optimization and security compliance.
- Provide training and support to operational staff to ensure seamless adoption of new digital workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management or digitalization within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 principles, including Smart Factory, IoT, and ERP integration.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; familiarity with Mandarin is a strong advantage.
