Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) to align project goals with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Stakeholder management: Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing lessons learned.
- Allocate resources efficiently and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and TELUS Digital’s quality frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation or IT initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams in a global context.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies (cloud, SaaS, APIs, etc.) and their business applications.
