Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards and best practices to ensure consistency across engineering and construction projects.
- Identify inefficiencies in current engineering processes and propose data-driven solutions to optimize performance and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate digital tools (e.g., CAD, Revit, IoT platforms) into workflows for enhanced productivity.
- Analyze project data to generate actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making for digital transformation initiatives.
- Train and mentor staff on new technologies and methodologies to foster a tech-savvy organizational culture.
- Monitor industry trends in PropTech and Construction Tech to recommend innovative solutions for Kit Properties.
- Lead pilot projects for emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, or cloud-based collaboration tools) and evaluate their scalability.
- Document processes, create user guides, and ensure compliance with digital transformation roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation, BIM management, or engineering process optimization.
- Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) and familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, project management principles, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
- Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies and process improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma).
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
