Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients in target industries, focusing on businesses seeking digital and software solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor customized digital solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the software, IT, or digital solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation trends and the ability to articulate the business value of technology solutions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven role.
