Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients in target industries, focusing on businesses seeking digital and software solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor customized digital solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our digital solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to position our solutions effectively.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2β3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the software, IT, or digital solutions industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation trends and the ability to articulate the business value of technology solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven role.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
