Responsibility
- Conduct technical pre-sales consultations to assess client needs and recommend tailored HVAC and IoT energy solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling ROI demonstrations and presentations to C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Design regulatory-aligned proposals that meet local and international energy efficiency standards (e.g., LEED, Green Mark).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to customize solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing client infrastructure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, including property developers, facility managers, and government agencies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in smart building technologies, IoT advancements, and sustainability regulations.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets by identifying and pursuing high-potential leads across Southeast Asia.
- Provide post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting, to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., LEED AP, PMP) are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or HVAC systems, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record of selling complex B2B solutions with a consultative approach and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of IoT platforms, energy management systems (EMS), and building automation technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for energy efficiency in Indonesia and neighboring countries.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Southeast Asia for client meetings and industry events.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other regional languages is advantageous.
